I couldn't recommend this selling enough. The communication was excellent and she went out of her way to make sure the personalised notebook arrived on time for my works secret santa as the first book was lost in transit due to no fault of her own... Super product itself and very well packaged. Thankyou so much for everything you did before Christmas x
